Location of hotel is quite good very near to ghanta ghar just walking distance.
Service is quite good available all the time.
Behaviour of staff is polite and cool recommend to others to try this property.

Pros:
1. Location. Situated in local market so you have good options to eat out.

Cons:
1. Lots of mosquitoes and spraying hit didn't help. They refused to provide a mosquito repellent. Saw cockroaches multiple times.
2.Geyser did not work and they didn't arrange hot water by themselves. AC wasn't working in one of the rooms too but thankfully they shifted us to a new room.
3. The receptionist in noon and eve is not hospitable. The one who comes during night was good though.
4. Some of the service staff members are trained and courteous however some don't seem trained.

Very hygienic rooms with great comfort . Such a nice receptionist . Supporting nd nice staff ... We stayed there for 2 days , and we felt like home . Those 2 days are unforgettable ♥️ . Hotel Guru International made our journey more memorable nd beautiful ????. Will visit again
