Hotel is good, restaurant is not. Breakfast buffet was not included in my package so I paid for it and the restaurant owner started shouting that how can I come on short notice they have limited food. Imagine after taking money the restaurant owner is saying that they have limited food. Restaurant owner is really rude. I would prefer you to go to kfc or gypsy that is just outside but not go to this restaurant.

Such a pathetic hotel better to call it a bar instead of hotel. Rooms have unpleasant smell. There is not proper water supply in rooms.

You guys have an amazing hotel, but your service is not good... Your staff doesn't know how to lend help to the customer, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as you guys don't know how to cooperate...
I had booked the hotel online, by mistake I booked a day late and booked it again for the same day.. you guys should at least refund the amount of next day... even after requesting your staff and explaining everything. You guys don't help, it's not about money but it's about the ethics and service you show to the customer..
Never making this mistake again!!
