Highly disappointed with service, its been 2.5 months our electric scooter is with them for repairing with no positive response or solution till date, we made nearly dozens of phone call but never received solution of problem or positive response, carelessness and unprofessionalism at its peak. HOP is hopeless...Never ever buy from them. And people who bought i wish them good luck.
