I have rated 1 and even this is much more than it deserves I would like to give negative rating.
Don't book this hotel, there is no water on tap.
You can't even go to toilet. Rooms are too small. There will be no one to address address your concern.
This is not a hotel at all and I don't know they can take booking in such condition.
I don't know the past situation but now this is only like a waiting room without water.

No star at all. When we arrived the owner wasn't present... No problem..but the rooms wasn't clean at all. Specially the toilets and bathroom disgusting. The permanently bedsheets and pillow covers hasn't cleaned for ages. We left the house immediately after we found a much better guesthouse. Avoid Hem Guest house!!

I start with the positive point : the rooftop is nice and we had a nice view, but i can’t recognize the rooftop I saw, and the one on the pictures.
And now what can be changed for a better stay :
- There is some problem with the water, sometimes we didn’t have water but they just needed to activate the pump. But in the toilet we had a lot of water leak and the flush didn’t work well
- the guys from the guesthouse started to play loud music at 11.30 p.m. ... they stopped when we said something
