We have got furniture from handicraft point and and quality is very good and we liked their interaction during the entire process of ordering and delivery. There was small issue during delivery and that was because of transport delay from the transport agency. Good job and we liked your products and will place more orders and refer others

Very bad experience from handicraft point. Owner is pure businessman, two way talking and commitment, he changes his commitment like changing clothes.
I ordered furniture for my restaurant that he has commited to deliver on decided time. Then he started blaming me that I have ordered late. I had to get delivery via train as my opening date was on the verge. The seat colour was different from i ordered. This is a blunder mistake and ignorance from the owner for not checking the customer order status and quality. He then said that he will change the colour in 4-5 days. That is a total disaster, he knew that I had to sacrifice with the colour since my opening date in few days that's y he refuse to get delivered on time and not giving any compensation for the delay. Okay now when I got my order, one of the chair's leg was bend, so many scratches. Some of the tables was not aligned properly. All the legs are not in sync. When I called the owner he just said " transportation me sir itna to chalta hai, chair ka leg sidha kar lijiye".
Please do not order from this handicraft point if you want your shipment delivered in right time and condition. He just convince you sweetly with buttering but after you order and payment he will show his real colour. There are lot of vendors in jodhpur, please go for them.
