Such a bad service... Its terrible... First when I complain, they closed it automatically with no information... Reason I recieved was customer refused to pay money...??!! Then I registered a complain again with godrej for Fridge repair they pick up call after some 5 days, when they are in the mood, otherwise you keep calling it is not their responsibility to pickup call, anyways... After a week or so a guy shows up checks fridge and says "parts laane padenge", he goes and doesn't come back, its over a week since that happened now... Fridge repair has become such a headache...

How they have 4.8 rating i am not sure... Godrej is saying if you want to register complain against them please call feedback number and respond to feedback... But now i dont have that much time... Good luck to you if are dealing with them... I wont contact them again in future.
