Worst management and very rude behaviour by the receptionist...the patient is not attended in the given time slot and the time is extended for another 02 hours...much dissatisfied with the behaviour of the receptionist...worst staff

Very bad management. If you are using RGHS or you are a servicemen, you have to wait for minimum 2 hours. They give priority to other patients. Very disappointing.

I used it's service for treatment of my wife under RGHS, They did not give any medical documentation of the treatment or procedure executed, neither did they give copy of claim to RGHS, even requested for it, for making extra payment for implant they asked for cash only avoiding the e-payments, later on request they took money in some personal account.

All the procedure was also executed either by interns or junior doctor, main doctore hardly examine you.
