The hotel as described is not a 5 star property. However, some elements, definitely stand out for this hotel. The buffet, both breakfast and dinner was part of my package, and was one of the best I have had in India. The staff is very helpful, and always happy to help you. The food tasted amazing with so many options.

However, the rooms are very small and great for business travellers, but perhaps not for a couple or a family. Everything else was great.

Their motto is " if you're not satisfied with your stay, just let us know, and we'll make it right". They follow it completely and make their guests feel welcome. All our requests were looked into as a priority. Their breakfast spread and dining menu is quite good too. All their staff, especially at the reception were very humble. Mr nandakishore (driver) was very helpful in showing us around the city.
Only con, it's slightly away from main city, located on the highway. So transportation becomes slightly tricky.
All in all, a good business/leisure hotel with a polite and humble staff .

It’s great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and quiet. and breakfast is top. love the cappuccino. Only remark would be that hotel is isolated and that is an issue for leisure travelers. It takes 30 min to go to city center and Uber/Ola is not available most of the time near hotel.
