So I ordered chowmein one time from eatonn some time back and I had a great experience in terms of taste, packaging and quantity
On the basis of that awesome experience I ordered via Zomato ,chhola bhatura and rajma chawal for lunch and I literally regretted doing that. It was worst in taste,too spicy even after putting the specific cooking instruction that I don't want spicy and the quantity was ok ok. But the quantity does not matters because I threw away all the food out of the door as I can control hunger but surely can't make myself suffer food poisoning.
Now the important part
Zomato denied any support or any kind of refund because they said they are just a medium they can't control the way restaurant cooks. So basically we are ordering on the basis of ratings on Zomato app which are are fake as you can see yourself in the images the kind of food offered by a 3-4 star rated restaurant and they can not guarantee whether the food would be eatable or would cause food poisoning.

The final opinion is yours this is just an experience.

They are best in class... They do costumer service in well manners. Food quality is awesome... I have eaten their veg thali which is best in class being economical or quatitywise
