Very poor services...my son got shoulder dislocated in last night and diagnosed yesterday night and admitted in morning but still not operated..he has suffering from pain and he had not eat and drink from last night due to be operation. But still no bothered about it.

Very bed experience without treatment firstly do x ray that might ok but suddenly ask for mri only for minor pain without any treatment, consult same thing with other this is just money minded work

I came there for treatment, having severe pain in my knee.
1) Dr. Malviya asked me to get X-ray done
2) In X ray, there was like long Que but there was no enough space to sit. The staff was very rude, and rather uneducated, didn’t knew what to do with ortho patients.
3) After x ray, I found Dr Malviya gone, in OT whereas the time was 1.30 pm only and a junior staff told me to show myself to Dr Vishnoi.
4) Dr vishnoi seems to sitting with long legs, seems reluctant to see the patients, however he again re checked me.
5) He didn’t said much, just prescribe some medication and asked me to come after 10 days.
6) my questions were answered reluctantly and I found at home that he has diagnosed me with Ortho arthritis ( O A) and prescribed me a collegeon peptide sachet(jointmed) which is said to not scientifically proven medicine( source google)
7) OA is a condition, where patient suffers a lot, he need to be explained proper treatment and precautions with some support belts etc. what kind of just come -sit-go ? You must learn to explain to the patient, what kind of things he must be doing and taking care.
Your hospital is NABH accredited hospital, but with this kind of thing, this accreditation should be withdrawn.
