A group of highly unprofessional, irresponsible rookies have opened a shop and that is the one am writing this review about. Despite paying in advance and clearly giving instructions for printing mug 10 days in advance, I wasn't shown design previews until one day before the date.
Then , on the day of the ocassion, when I had specifically asked for the package to be delivered by afternoon, I got a text from the guy saying "Sorry sir vo bnda election m fus gya h.....ajki date me deliver kr dega kse bhi"
All this when again I reminded and begged him to deliver the package

They ended up delivering the package at 1930hrs - which was instructed to be delivered by afternoon some 11 days ago; the guy wasn't picking my call and I was left angry on a day when I should have been cheerful and happy.

If you want to save yourself from all this after spending your money, my advice is to avoid these jokers and go for alternatives.
