Pathetic experience, worst ever hotel experience. Breakfast was not included with room charges and for a place like Jalore they are charging 2500 and they dont even provide hot water for bath in winters, my dad stayed there on 25th January 2023. There were no towels in bathroom. They even did not provide normal drinking water. And after repeated calls and reminders there was no hot water in bathroom. Taps of bathroom were loosed and not working properly, it even came out as the screw was missing. Worst hotel stay ever.

It's a very luxurious hotel and the restaurant's food is absolutely delicious(especially Chinese and South-Indian)????. The rooms are well maintained and backyard is very large and amazing for kids to play and have fun. There are other amenities too and the staff at the hotel is very kind and room service didn't keep me waiting. This is the best hotel to visit if u ever find yourself in jalore.????
