It's a simple hotel, booking was given by karni Kripa Tours of Jaipur. There is no lift and staff is also very less numbers. During our stay only 1 guy was there to help it out here. Rest food quality is good.

We were three friends who visited at beautiful Retro Hotel Turban House Jaisalmer.
They welcomed us so warmly and Vibes of the rooms and Hotel was so happy and Homey.
Mr Shambhu is the most polite and courteous Host I have ever met.
Staff was also polite and they know how to greet their guests. Great Hospitality received in three days of our stay.
Food was so tasty and yummy. I love the food and ☕️ chai was just First class
Hotel is located at very prime location and all sightseeing places are nearby to Hotel.
Most amazing and fabulous thing which is Rooftop Restaurant from where you can sit and get a moment of star gazing with awesome view of “Jaisalmer Fort -First Living” Fort
I would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Jaisalmer.Please visit the Property and try Rajasthani food and Hospitality there.

Ideally it is 3.5/5, there are lot of negatives in midst of some definite positives.
Location: The approach to this hotel is very poor having some absolute 90 degree turns to reach the main entrance of the hotel. So if you are coming with innova like car, you have to be prepared for a rusty entry.
Though its approach is bad, its view from the roof top is superb, you can actually enjoy the breathtaking view of sonar kella.
Check in: Hassle free and quick
Rooms: Not very spacious, moderate in size, washroom size better
Maintenance: Quite poor with leaking taps in washroom, cleanliness satisfactory.
Corridors: Nice decorated.
Room service: SURPRISINGLY THEY DONT HAVE A INTERCOM FACILITY, well its very weird as you would expect this to be present even in hotels with room charges less than 500 per day, this is simply bizarre. You have to practically go down every time to reception to call attendants.
Food: The restaurant is at the roof top with brilliant ambience and well maintained, but they dont have a fan here, which is unacceptable in hot places like Jaisalmer. Still the food quality is satisfactory though overprized. Breakfast options were satisfactory.
The hotel can book your desert safari in sam in proper cost.
All in all, this hotel needs definite improvements and renovation, still the scenic view of sonar kella and quality food compensates a bit.
