Suraj Pol Sonar Fort is also known as Surya Gate Jaisalmer Rajasthan. Pol or Gate is very beautiful and amazing. Suraj Pol is a door of the antiquated door of the Jaisalmer fort. Open 9 Sm to 5Pm everyday entry fee 50/- per indian person.

Großartig erhaltenes Fort. Allerdings auch lediglich ein Ort mit Souvenirgeschäften und Restaurants. Nur mit all den Händler:innen lassen sich interessante Gespräche führen. Vom eigentlichen Leben in einem Fort erfährt der Besucher auf eigene Faust kaum etwas. Viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen. Hoffentlich gelingt es, diese ewige Baustelle noch lange zu erhalten.

Una delle porte d'ingresso al Sonar Fort che fa capo ad una splendida piazza che funge anche da parcheggio dove si aprono negozi di ogni genere ed è affollata di venditori ambulanti d'ogni tipo.
La vista sulle poderose mura che cingono il forte è splendida.
