It is the best railway station in Rajasthan, so neat and clean, amazing security and good service to get the tickets from the ticket machine.This place is worth visiting after sunset with the beautiful lighting. One should take some time to visit this full place.After leaving her at the station we moved out and tasted some amazing food and then went on to shop at the Fashion Street. The architecture of the station is beautiful and worth taking note of. The entire locality is inspired by British Architecture and looks mesmerizing.

The terminal station on this route, Jaisalmer station is unique in its design and architecture, and tries to symbolize the region. Like most construction in Jaisalmer, the use of sandstone in the construction gives an amazing aesthetic appeal and matches the beauty of Jaisalmer.

Now, coming to the utilities, the station suffers from human habits making it not so tidy, lacks cleanliness near waiting areas and washroom areas during in my experience. But the platforms area is clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate.

It is the last railway station in the west of Rajasthan. It operates many trains but the station is small. The station has a cloakroom and retiring room for AC class passengers. When I visited in Oct 2022 that time toilets were under maintenance so find difficult.

Fortunately, the train was parked.

Jaisalmer fort view is very nice from the over the bridge.
