Wonderful two night, three day desert camel safari. We slept out under the stars on epic sand dunes and the camel handlers cooked us delicious vegetarian meals three times per day. It was one person, one camel with very well cared for camels and we were in a small group - three people (me, my wife and one other) and two camel handlers. The desert was very quiet and secluded.

We had a fantastic time on our half day camel safari trip (pickup in Jaisalmer at 3pm and drop off at 9pm). Everyone promises that you will be in the middle of nowhere but genuinely we did not see anyone else during our whole experience. The camel guide was friendly and the dinner was tasty.
The beginning of the tour is more on scrubland than the typical desert you might imagine but you do eventually end up on sandy dunes and this is where you have dinner (and sleep if applicable).
