This was easily the highlight of our recent family trip to Rajasthan. Desert Heritage Camp and Resort is locally owned and run. Every person who works there seems to take pride in offering care and hospitality. If you want a loud, party time, this is NOT the place. This is a serene camp, close to nature. Wonderful experience! Staff is very polite and courteous. Camp is clean and well maintained. Our package included Jeep Safari and camel safari. It's a life time experience. Totally worth it. Location wise this is the best camp in Sam village. Sand dunes are at walking distance. Cultural program in the evening was heartfelt. Kudos to all the artists. Food was simple and tasty. Very good experience in this camp. Staffs are coperative and polite. Food, cultural programme, camel ride, Jeep ride everything well arranged. You can stay safe with your family. Though I booked the camp on spot but left the camp with good feelings.
