It was a mixed experience, and hence 3 ⭐️.
5⭐️ for the one person who appeared to be doing everything— greeting, seating, taking order, serving and cleaning tables.
There were 3-4 other individuals (likely family members of the owner) prancing around, but didn’t appear to do any hands-on contribution for running a small restaurant like this one. If they had been hands-on, customers would have had less wait time for getting their food and a better overall experience.
We instructed for our food to be extremely low in hot spices (chili) and low on oil. Vegetarian biryani served ended up being bland. Clearly they didn’t understand that ‘low chili’ doesn’t mean ‘no flavor’. The mutton dish (Lal Maas) didn’t have that issue.
Toilet and wash basin area was clean.
Kulfi was good, but I wish they had provided the sugary syrup on the side. Too much of it ruined the taste of Kulfi that was creamy and good.

All all the food was amazing. There is a group of 12 and everything we ordered was very delicious. Amongst the group we ordered mutton curry , garlic and butter naan, rice and dahl, chana masala. Also, there is a local ice cream type dessert that is called kulfi that was custom-made in that restaurant. Also many other vegetarian dishes.
The staff was very very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and visit again

These were among the most delicious dishes we have had. Really different and unique tastes and great recommendations. The owner does try to upsell the more expensive dishes though so that was a bit cheeky, haha. We had the Matar Makhana, Dum Aloo Rajasthani and for drinkt the Badam shake + fresh mango lassi and it was AMAZING.

When we were there we were the only table so it wasn't really vibey, but undoubtedly that's different when it's busy. There is barbed wire at the rooftop terrace so that's a bit interesting but other than that great service and beautiful table setting!

Also: the owner is really lovely. He gave us foxnuts to prepare at home and we can always call him for recipes!! Thank you so much!
