Worst tour operator .I have just book a tour with silk route tour and travels for Darjiling and Sikkim. They don't care after payment has received. They charge much and promised to provide best hotels but when I reached hotel I have to sleep beside toilet in congested room. I couldn't sleep three nights continously.Taxi drivers always tried to avoid to go for all sites that are in pakage. We couldn't go Nathula pass because operator didn't go for pass and said it was closed today but other tourist are going. When I asked he says It's not a good place n you can go for other places same thing for handicrafts museum in Gangtok They only want to take you to a nearby Buddhist temple.
Never go with this tour and travels
