I visited shades as I heard that shades provide very good services .. first of all they charged very much high other than shades salon.. apart from that they said that after hair spa your hairs will be smooth and shining till then next wash but my hairs got fuzzy … apart from that I had taken Cheryl’s facial of 1500 and result is zero … Infact they have not removed blackheads in facial. Very poor services … they are only making money ????????

Alert!! Save your money

Taken my family members for hair botox treatment and after spending nearly 16000 rupees result is absolutely ZERO.
Hair straightening didn't even lasted for 1 week (it supposed to last close to 6 months)
Upon complaining to the lady who manages the salon was not at all helpful and started making excuses of WORST WORST SERVICE.
This salon use cheap and fake products for beauty treatments and on top of that they will try to sell open and used products.
Their staff know NOTHING except baisc stuff that you can get in every Galli Nukkad!! so save your money and avoid visiting this place if you need professional and good services.

Worst services ever . I went there a month ago .No cooperation from staff. I spent 16000 on my hair for hair rebonding,keratin and hair color . Services are pathetic. The staff said hair color will last approx 1 year. Fake promise. They used some temporary chemicals for same and after that my hairs became oily and frizzy and hairs lost its color after 1 month. Rebonding and keratin also didnt go well. What is the point of spending so much if we didn't get desired results as we expected. Cant expect such type of services from brand like shades. I wont recommend anyone to go there and take their services.
