Pathetic customer support.
The salesman was so rude and tried to scam us. He asked extra money to resolving issue.
And for complaint or suggestions there's no contact number of any supervisor or manager.

I would give minus 10 star as the person Mr. Sandeep is very rude (may have not told real name) demanding extra amount for a duplicate sim which normally costs Rs.50/- only. On asking the clarification of asking Rs.200/- for duplicate sim he told that it is compulsory to have Rs.149/- recharge. I told him I have active plan of Rs.666/- he said without recharge I won't give you duplicate. You have to take recharge. He is not begging but forcing for recharge. He is not an educated well behaved person. Their are forcefully selling the jio recharge plan to the customer who do not need it at all. A strict action should be taken against such a fraud person.

demanding extra amount for a duplicate sim. In the my jio app clearly mentioned that to get duplicate sim maximum amount can be Rs.50/- only. When i said him that sim card replacement amount is only 50 rupees then he say buy from anywhere else.
Very rude behaviour.
I wanna give him negative rating if available.
