Very substandard rooms. This place advertises as 4/5 star but rooms looked like a very mediocre hotel.

We had to check-out within half an hour after seeing the condition of the room. Room had very depressing interiors with seepage/moulds on walls.

There was a smell of seepage in the room and the wall paint was peeling off. It all looked very dated and needed renovation. Please refer to the pictures.

Please don't opt for this hotel since you can get pretty good hotels in Jaipur within this range (~4K).

When i chose Ramada i was expecting a certain kind of service which you generally get with any good hotel chain. But I couldn't have been more disappointed by Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur North Sikar Road. Our rooms ac was not working at all we couldn't sleep the whole night and after multiple complaints they took 3 hours to move us to another room by the time it was 12:30 pm and we had been up all night. When they finally moved us to another room, the room was of a lower category with twin bed instead of King bed on a lower floor. And the AC in the other room was barely functional also the fridge was not working and after multiple complaints again they failed to resolve the issue and were least bothered about the issue. The only reason we chose a brand to stay in the least we expect is decent customer service but Ramada jaipur was nothing less than a huge disappointment.

This place is great! I'd highly recommended this place for hosting any function. The service is really good, the rooms and other infrastructure too is on point. You'll certainly have a great experience, time well spent ☺️
