Excellent customer service , outstanding help towards international customers . They made it in time, and I didn't even have to check once before trusting the brand.

Pathetic customer service, I ordered a 400-dollar outfit Xl size from overseas and got a large size instead, sent the team emails about the wrong size but no response so I ended up disputing my charges, as soon as a dispute is filed got a WhatsApp message about replacement of size but told them I wanted a refund now. PayPal reviewed my case and gave me a refund then got a WhatsApp message we wont send any return label you have to arrange for return. How can they even ask customer to arrange for shipping return and pay for it when it's all their fault? Can't believe celebrities buy stuff from this brand.

If I could give just one star to this brand I would. I have bought 3 pieces of garment from this brand over 2 years. Recently, I bought a piece and told Punit sitting with his team that I wanted some alteration to be done to my previously bought 2 pieces. He was reluctant but committed to it. After 15 days, I went to his showroom in jaipur and his very unprofessional and rude staff member Megha handed over my supposedly altered clothes to me. When I tried them on they were the same size as they were given to them. She refused to accept the same. Their tailor came to check the sizes and agreed he hadn’t done anything to them. So no alteration was done. I patiently gave them new sizes and they committed to rectify this. I even offered to pay a copious amount for the same.

Thirty minutes later I get a call from Megha saying please take your clothes we aren’t altering. She passed on the designer Punit’s number to be. I told him he had committed to one alteration. He refused to get the clothes touched and wanted me to take them with me. If that one alteration was what he committed and if he couldn’t deliver he should rectify it. He said if, “you have a problem with my professionalism I can’t do anything about it.”

I am surprised a brand which is pan India and is sourced to ‘celebrities’ is led by a designer who himself is the bastion of unprofessionalim. He has the time to engage in such petty conversation, throw his weight and be vain enough to an everyday customer like me and my family. I have vowed to never engage with his designer and his work. I’d prefer investing in other brands.

P.S I have gone to Raw mango, Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra for refittings of products bought in last 5 years and they have been splendid not only in their job but also in their conduct. No wonder they are big names which have sustained.

Goodluck Punit, I’m not sure how far the celebrity endorsements will take you.
