Doctors don’t have time to explain the patients what needs to be done or even understand the patients situation. They do not remember any conversation that they had with patients. And act as if they are listening for the first time.

The videos on youtube are fake with the fake smile they put on for the videos. The patient will always be stressed about when the number would come for the treatment and would keep running in different rooms on who is free to take his treatment. It’s too horrible to handle for a patient. People continue because they have a trap to continue for minimum 7 days with no refund.

Doctors only care about money and keep adding additional treatments which will cost you more. Even before explaining the treatment they discuss about money and in their words - get the receipt first. All the equipments needed in the treatment are also not included in their cost. They keep charging everyday for everything additional.

They do not have any management of people or their treatment or capacity of their treatment. We paid for 10 days but are leaving in 2 hours of horrible experience. After complaining about the situation, the response received is that you will become habitual of this horrible experience. When you go with a problem to the doctor they offer you VIP experience with more than double the cost. Again money comes first for them.

The rooms are not clean, the places where the treatment is done are unhygienic. They also do not plan to resolve the situation.

Only good people are staff who understand better than the doctors here.

I reached out to the secretary and he tried to hear out the situation but he is too busy to resolve customer issues. He offered me a two day refund so that I can leave from there. According to the secretary no patients have any issues but according to their staff these are issues many customers face and complain. Looks like the secretary is unaware of what is going on during the treatments.

Never ever come to this place.

Horrible experience with doctors and staff who provide treatment. There is no management of the treatment by doctors or staff. There is no peace during treatment. Patients are pushing each other for their turns. No resolution even after complaining about the situation as this is how people are treated and it is normal for them. Doctors are money minded and keep adding additional treatments for extra cost.

The service quality of this place is terrible. We tried this place for my mother but couldn't spend more than 2 hours. It's not at all conducive for elders to sit for 2 hours in the morning everyday at the doctor's cabin without any queue management to get the routine treatments for the day written.
The bath area is dirty and the expectation is to get used to it. Staff to patient ratio is less so you may be sitting with the 'mitti patti' for an hour and no one would check in. You would go for the next treatment only to hear that it's full, when you have already paid for it. This place is full of cumbersome processes.
I don't recommend this place at all.
