While I was still in the Stateside, I had to have a few facetime calls as I was flying into Jaipur the day before the wedding, and it was all smooth sailing. Pankaj (the owner) and I picked fabric and buttons to everything else, and he was very easy to communicate on WhatsApp. A few minor alternations had to be done after I arrived and tried the clothes, and his team did a great (quick!) job and delivered it all to my hotel (helped that it was nearby!). I was happy with the fabric, quality and the quick service of Pankaj and his team.

After the wedding festivities, one of the buttons on my jacket came off and the team was at the hotel and was able to fix the button on the spot within a few hours, and I was really impressed for that. Lastly, on the last day I changed my mind and decided not to wear a tuxedo I brought from home and asked Pankaj if he has any traditional jackets that I could get last minute, and he and his team showed up at my hotel room within 30 mins with 4-5 options, and I was really grateful for that.

This is my first time having traditional wedding attire custom order and ordering most of it via WhatsApp without being there in person, and it was all so great and smooth thanks to Pankaj and his team!

We had very little time in Jaipur but needed to get outfits made for my husband and 2 sons for a family wedding that was coming up. After the frustration of shopping around a local friend recommended PKIN to us and we are so happy that they did! We were a bit nervous as we would not be able to come back for alterations as we live in New York, USA and the items were shipped to us. The custom outfits were made so perfectly both in fitting and quality that nothing needed to “fixed”! (Which is unheard of for most custom clothing) The outfits are stunning to say the least, the tailoring is perfect and the compliments my three handsome men received said it all! Thank you PKIN for the best outfits ever! Wishing you the best in your new store!!! We highly recommend PKIN!
