The hotel was very good and was located in the heart of the city that provide modern amenities like lift to all the floors, neat and clean rooms, well maintained beddings. easy accessible kid area, very good parking areas and many more. Must visit hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Staff behavior is not good at all. They misbehave with us. When I was there they never told me if you are on period and bedsheet get dirty we will charge extra but at the time of check out they ask for 1000rs for bedsheets such a unhuman behavior. They charge for water as well. I visited many hotels but this was my worst experience I personally recommend never visit to this begger hotel
They just want money no service no hospitality.

Staff is very rude. Denied early check by saying that all rooms are booked and no vacant room is available but actually 50% rooms are available. Standard check-in time is 12 but room was handed over after 12:30 pm. On the checkout day they don't give you 5 minutes extra. They will come to your room and tell you to leave the room at 10:30 am so that they can clean it. Manager is very rude and arrogant. The way manger and other staff checkout females partner is very annoying and irritating. Breakfast is pathetic. Dinner is quite expensive. Simple bread will cost you 60 rupees.
