The hotel manager was too rude, was firstly denying for online payment later on asking to pay at once and was showing suspicious ,arrogant and ruthless behavior and unsafe gestures while he was compelling to empty the room much before the check out time...Moreover the quality of services rendered at the stay was not upto the mark , the water quality supplied as RO water was not potable to drink and the AC of room was frequently switched off to save the electricity.....
Overall the stay at the hotel room was not upto the mark , really disappointed and dissatisfied with the awful experience .
Kindly look into the matter with serious concern and take necessary step as possible.
We have to leave the hotel at 7 evening , 16 hrs before the checkout time for such inconvenience..
Kindly look into matter...looking forward to see your action on this serious matter..

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Only one room is at 4th floor NR kitchen no lift to that room bathroom very congested no value for money. I found room was not properly cleaned, bathroom was stinking. Very Very Poor Service no towels no drinking water in rooms rude staff (everyone). Better to have more focus on hygiene. (Very unhappy with this hotel).

My train was reached early morning at 4.30AM So I booked this hotel on oyo app one day advance so that I will be checked out same day .I ALSO CONFIRMED FROM HOTEL BY TELEPHONIC TALK AS THAT PERSON AGREE THAT U CAN COME AT ANY TIME BUT WHEN I REACHED THERE HE DENY FOR CHECK IN AND BEHAVE ME IN RUDE MANNER ,He also not accept his fault.He said all room booked. So never book this hotel.
