This is a trap, please try to avoid this travel agency, atleast for Srinagar and Kashmir tour because I had a terrible experience.
They will show you luxurious hotels like Royal Batoo etc..and will give a single star category hotels, the hotels booking will be changed on last minutes by giving an excuse of non availability. They do not have any direct contact with these hotels, they are using some third party for these booking and taking the entite package money in advance so you will have no option to raise your voice during the trip of mis management and unfulfilled promises. You have to survive during the entire trip and at last will be ended with a terrible experience due to hotel stay, food, driver, cab conditions and many more....
