What an amazing trip! No words to describe how good these guys were!!!!!

Highly recommended!

I am born and brought up in India but been living in New Zealand for a while now. My partner and his family is from France and none of them had been to India before.

Its not easy to go to a country where you have never been before and I had to make sure that the trip is enjoyed thoroughly by my guests. Stay, transport, food, places and timings of visits – they all combined together can make or break your trip!

Initially, I had done my trip planning – places to visit and accommodation, so I thought I have got everything and we are all prepared for this grand visit. My father recommended me to speak to Raveena (later on to become our tour organiser) from Heritage India Holidays just one month prior to our travel in India. He spoke highly of Raveena and how good the company is.

Even though I had all mapped out, I decided to speak to them and oh boy was it a discussion? I mentioned to Raveena where all we want to go and she patiently listened to what I am thinking. Raveena prepared an itinerary for me for all the places where I had initially planned and also suggested a few more places/things from her experience – this was very helpful!

I was surprised to see the itinerary and the costs associated. I wouldn’t have been able to get those rates myself. They got us the best deals! It was unbelievable that the total costs to such a fancy trip was only a portion of what I had imagined.

Lets get into a little bit of detail.

We had a dedicated traveller van with driver throughout our trip and the driver was probably one of the safest I have experienced in India (I was born and brought up in India so I ‘know’ how the driving is in India). We were very comfortable throughout our journey from one place to another.

The driver would have water and soft drinks for us everyday in the chilli-bin in van.

Heritage India Holidays had also provided us with a tour guide for every location we visited. This was so helpful as it was almost impossible for me to explain or even knowing myself about some of the things that the guides knew.

The guides spoke good English and seemed very knowledgeable.

Now, this was where it became interesting – a suggestion from the group came that if we could have a French speaking guide? OF COURSE, I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED FOR ONE! But this was my mistake as I totally forgot to mention we wanted a French speaking guide.

Day three and I called Raveena to see if that was even possible? If they could arrange a French speaking guide. To my surprise, Raveena arranged that!! So the next day onwards we had French speaking guides at all the places! Isn’t that great?!

The French speaking guides spoke good French too!

The guides also suggested us good restaurants as they knew the local area better than we did but at the same time they understood what kind of food we would enjoy more.

In Jaipur, Raveena and her manager personally came to meet us which I thought was very nice. They made sure that everything was running smoothly. They are so nice that they even gifted us a souvenir.

Heritage India Holidays were in touch with us everyday during our trip and gave some helpful tips as well sometimes.

Even though I am from India, it isn’t an easy task to host a group of people from outside India and take them to different place that is not your local. Heritage India Holidays took care of that!

From accommodation to flights, from tour guides to restaurant suggestions – they were there for everything you need for a great trip!

I would highly recommend these guys after my very delightful experience with them!

My wife and I have both just returned from a superbly organized tour by Heritage India Holidays. We started in Delhi and visited the Taj Mahal, Ranthambore (see Tiger photo attached!) followed by Jaipur. Thank you.
