We availed the services of Heritage tours for our holiday to Jaipur and Jaisalmer. We were a group of 18 which included senior citizens and little children and we were visiting Rajasthan for the first time... Intact we were quite apprehensive of the whole experience as it was an unknown city and a language not familiar to us. But we were put to ease by the driver of the bus from the very moment we entered and he was most considerate to the needs of the children and elders. He took us around Jaipur and Jaisalmer and showed utmost skill and patience. Kudos to Heritage travels for showing high levels of professionalism. Such commitment to customer service deserves appreciation!!!

Hired 18 Seated Bus and it was a family trip to rajasthan, The experience was awesome and the driver was well behaved and We had no problems as far as facilities in the Bus including providing water to our family members. On the whole it was a great experience and would like to hire it again as and when required.
