If you guys are planning to join gym for weight lose or Weight gain or Cardio, Zumba classes then you can go for *Fit and Gold Gym* where you can get all this things .

Specially For women they are running a Zumba classes with different Batches so you can manage according to you.

Well equipped gym with all the machines like trademill.

PT and general trainer also there with good knowledge .. specially Mahir sir he helped me alot to keep in shape.

Mr. Jay sir owner of the gym he keeps planning for trecking, cycling for stay motivated to be healthy.

Worst experience. I have paid money in advance and shifted to other city, when I came back he refused to adjust my credit amount of 2000. Don’t even have manner you talk to a girl. Will never recommend it to my friends and family. ????????

I always wanted to loose weight so that I joined the Fit & Good Gym.

After few months in this Gym, my mindset got changed. What I learnt from this Gym is that loosing or gaining weight is not that much important, the main important thing is your fitness which is the key to enjoy your life.

In everyone's life after a period of time if your fitness is not well then you can't dance, you can't work your best, you can't enjoy. Ultimately you can't perform your best in any area, if you are not fit.

Of course I lost my weight in the Gym but more than that I learnt that fitness is directly related to your happiness because it is also related to peace of your mind. "Jo fit hai so hit hai"

I would definitely suggest everyone to join this Fit & Gold Gym because it's environment is so friendly & supportive to dilute yourself into fitness.

I assure you that including weight management, you would definitely feel yourself always happy physically & mentally all time.

I wanted to thank all Fit & Gold Gym owner, trainers & members for such a great & lovely environment & your precious guidance.
