I recently placed an order with Domino's, expecting a hot pizza within their promised 30-minute delivery guarantee. Unfortunately, the delivery took a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes, surpassing their guaranteed time by a whole hour. To my disappointment, the pizza and accompanying items arrived cold. It is crucial for a reputable brand like Domino's to take responsibility for their mistakes and ensure consistent quality and timely service. I sincerely hope that Domino's considers this feedback seriously and strives to improve their delivery service while maintaining the freshness of their products. As a customer, I expect better from such a well-established brand. The place is getting worse ordered a few week ago the pizza was uncooked and the cheeze and veggies were in less quantity thought of giving place another chance ordered tacos again UNCOOKED. See in the pictures yourself, it was uncooked upto the level that tacos were white. When i raised a complaint it was unheard and no point of refund or apologies. DISAPPOINTED, won’t eve order from the place again
