Pathetic in a single word.
the agent on the counter not at all customer centric. ordered for three coffees in an nearly empty cafe...after 20 mins when no information on order, we asked to serve in take away he says he informed it was not a take away, which he never even asked. post that he brought two coffees starting the order was for two only. I was with my relatives in strange position... no help no support...will not recommended to any one in future

I often have tea and coffee in Cafe Coffee Day in several area in India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Agra). I gotta admit it, about the taste, it's good. But about the service? Really need to improve more. It takes minimum 15 minutes to serve a cup of Assam tea and an Orangy in here. And, they didn't give me my receipt. When I asked for the receipt, I found out that I supposed to get change money, but they didn't give it to me. When I asked, they said they didn't have the small change (for 7 Rupees). I gave them 3 Rupees, then they gave me 10 Rupees. I understand, most people think these ways are reasonable. But for me, working with high integrity is very good, even better if accompanied by honesty. Aah, one more thing. I don't know why, but the wifi sometimes have problem. We couldn't get the wifi in Colaba, Mumbai branch and in Agra, near the Taj Mahal. The staffs just not helpful about it.

Place is good, but never ever ever try TEA in any cafe coffee day, worst tea for100+ Rs.
If you need another tea bag to make it stronger you need to pay 100Rs more.

It's like any other cafe coffee day, a good place to meet people and spend time, even to work for sometime on your laptops or phone.
