We had wonderful holiday in Rajasthan which we will cherish forever. It’s was our first girls trip we were quite skeptical how the things will be and was worried a bit about our safety, but Mr. DHEERAJ made sure that we were traveling safe and fine, he always went an extra mile to check if we are comfortable or not. I am really happy that We choose Rajasthan Tours for our trip. Thank you so much for hosting us. I highly recommended them for your upcoming vacations.

This is as genuine a review can get. I will cover the bad and the good and my reasoning for giving them a 5 star in spite of some short comings.
Needs improvement -
1) We asked for Haveli's in most of the cities since we wanted to stay in as traditional houses as it can get in our Rajasthan tour. But we could get a traditional Haveli for only 2 nights out of 5 nights as they said 3 weeks advance booking is not enough.
2) One of the hotels they offered - Om Heritage Hotel, Jodhpur, was below average with no toiletries, TV not working and food not so good.
3) At Pushkar, even before we reach the temple road, some 100mts back the driver stopped in front of a tour guide and asked us if we wanted his services. The tour guide was almost threatening us saying we will face difficulties going forward, making false projections of the crowd inside etc even after we repeatedly denied his services or atleast asked if we can checkout the place and then take a call. The driver did not budge. Finally, the tour guide said 'hum madam se bat karlenge' and the driver acknowledged and we left which made us believe B2B has tie ups with these ill mannered tour guides as well.
4) All the conversation, incl bill generation happened over WhatsApp as we did not get any email communication which doesnt sound professional or smells fishy to an unsuspecting customer.
5) We did not get hotel confirmation, the one given by hotel, instead we got a Word doc saying it is confirmed with a hotel contact. This can be prepared by anyone. But somehow we ignored all these and went ahead with B2B as the person we were speaking with felt authentic, totally a gut feeling and it should not be like this. It should be professional.

Good things -
1) They repeatedly followed up with us before booking our flights this affirmed that they are genuine.
2) The driver was soft spoken, calm and knew most of the routes inside the cities.
3) They suggested good places and we could easily cover all of them.
4) All the communication we had with them were through registered Business Accounts (WhatsApp, GPay) etc which gave us some comfort.
5) The hotels they selected apart from 1 were top notch and the best we could get in Rajasthan.
6) They did not ask to pay the entire amount upfront but we made the payment in installments through out the trip which made us comfortable.
7) Our Haveli in Jaipur was overbooked and were asked to change, we insisted on having a Haveli as that was the only one we got and we were looking forward to our stay there. To our amazement, B2B got together with the hotel management and booked us an upgrade, a proper 5 star royalty hotel for our 2 night stay. This was a honest mistake from the hotel side and how they responded! Very professional and very good customer satisfaction. Our experience went from somber in Pushkar to Royalty in Jaipur. This was a memorable hotel experience for sure.
8) Because we had to change our hotel they even covered our dinner for 2 days. We met with Mr. Dheeraj and Mrs. Supriya who seemed very professional and felt genuinely sorry for the mess up. We had our 1st authentic Rajasthani Thali with the couple and absolutely enjoyed it. Thank you Mr.Dheeraj for the Dal Bati Churma and lots of ghee, filled our stomach with happiness :)
9) Our flight was next day 5am and we did not have a booked stay, although we had spoken to Mrs. Supriya regarding continuing our stay with B2B this was not on record, so we didnt expect anything from them. But they went above and beyond and worked with Hotel management and got us a spa room for us to sleep and freshen up for the early morning flight. This is how customer experience should be. B2B is setting an example for other travel agencies to follow.

This is the reason for 5 stars, they care about the customer and willing to accept mistakes and correct them. Its not about the money, its about the experience a family gets when it goes on a tour of Rajasthan. We recommend B2B to everyone now.

Our family had a wonderful experience with our fantastic driver Rakesh Agrawal. He had good brakes, a good horn and good luck. He also had a great sense of humour. We would NEVER have been able to enjoy Jaipur as much as we did without him. We arrived fresh and relaxed to every sight and landmark thanks to his good driving in his clean car with A/C.
No request was too much. He helped us locate medicines for our son and a quick meal with short notice at a good restaurant to ensure we didn't miss out on seeing Amber Fort. He organised tour guides and gave us very good tips to ensure that we all had a good time.
We couldn't recommend him enough.
