The Kachori- aaloo, daal, onion, all were brilliantly cooked and served. Tasted the combination of curry and kachori for the very first time and can’t say I was disappointed. The owner, who was a lady, was the sweetest and most kind to have suggested to only eat one first as it was quite heavy. Definitely going to go back whenever we visit Jaipur again.

Plaza Kachori was awesome with chutneys. It's a small place but tastes good with ladies.

Sometimes life gives so bumpy ride that the ride itself takes its own course to set a destiny milestone.
The same happened here, when you meet anuty, who hails from proper Ajmer, stayed near Mayo college and been a motivational and personality development trainer before time hitting and she comes down to jaipur and its becomes blessing in disguise, since her food DNA is from Ajmer, she has the actual, original, customary ingredients receipe of famous kadhi kachori dish.

The first bite and if you have ever tasted ajmer prepared kadhi kachori, you will in a moment would know, its the same...the original kadhi kachori from Ajmer, not the regular ones which are only the copy of the the famous Ajmer dish.

Another best thing, Aunty is preparing while keeping the stock ready condition.
She only cooks kachori, samosa, bread pakora in equally time divided slots so that the left over is not there. Thank you Aunty for treating all of us as your children and the reason you want us to have garm kachori as compare to 2 hour pehley waali kachori. Thank you so much.
