Worst branch ever / Very unprofessional behaviour / They don’t have an extra privileges other than net banking to resolve our issues.

I have issue related to activating online transactions on my debit card.

I have tried this steps in my home using net banking without the help of this branch and the steps i followed were :

1) login to my netbanking

2) card section-u003e request -u003e set card usage -u003e
-u003e select a card -u003e continue-u003e daily domestic usage limits-u003e online usage -u003e toggle off to on -u003e set new online usage limit to “6000” -u003e continue -u003e
-u003eentered pin for ATM and expiry date -u003e
-u003eafter submitting the all details i got the error “the debit card PIN, Expiry details entered by you are incorrect . Please enter the correct details”

3) then i tried to reset my pin and have followed below steps
-u003e pin regeneration -u003e selected my card -u003e after that i got otp on my mobile and visited to the ATM and changed my pin.

After resetting my pin i again tried step 2 from my own and again without the help of branch staff.
Again I got the same issue and after that i decided to visit this branch.

Believe me or not this branch is also trying to follow the same steps that i was trying at my home (it means they don’t have any extra privileges to resolve our issues).

This branch has no extra privileges other than that of net banking.

After trying 3-4 times they were also unable to resolve my issue and told me to wait for 24 hours to reactivate my ATM pin.

****Why i will wait for 24 hours….this is my money dude not yours m, we are paying you for ur services…..you are not doing charity work****

They asked the below details while troubleshooting my issue :
- customer id
- password
- atm pin (i am not expecting this)

Advantage of this branch with the perspective of staff:

1] If you were working on that branch then this is best branch as there is nice air conditioner and there is no work load and no work pressure and no skills required to you to resolve the issues of your customer
2] Relaxed job
3] If there is any issue then customer has to run between branch and atm 4-5 times( yes this is customer problem as this is customer’s money not staff’s

The worst banking experience with hdfc dungarpur branch. The Loan section just out of mind. If u don't have loan account u can't judge or review us told by Mr Gupta, while I was reviewing instead of my parents. Seriously... #we understand your world.

Service is too loose of this bank . I applyed to close my account a month ago . Bt now my account is running now Howw and whyyy why uh dont close my account .. and Hdfc bank number is not Available here we cant talk directly on fon in bank ... plz i req. That close my account .m done my all formulities to close account so plz close my account ...
