Looking for a unique spiritual experience? Check out one of the oldest temples in the Mewar region! The 27 devaris (places with idols of Gods) with shikhar are truly a sight to behold. And the bhojanshala and dharamshala are out of this world - not to mention the delicious aymbil food they make on request. If you're a Jain, make sure to call ahead and let the management know you're coming so they can roll out the red carpet for you. This temple is a true gem and a must-visit for anyone interested in spirituality and culture.

One more proof towards wide spread of Jainism in ancient times of Rajsthan. This derasarji is actually known as Sat Bis Devari Jain Derasar. It has one of the most beautiful architecture among ancient jain temples in Rajsthan. It is located in Chittorgadh Fort near Fatehprakash Palace.
Idol of first tirthankar Rushabdev Bhagwan is worshiped as mulnayak of the derasar. There are four more temples around the main temple along with number of small deri around it.

There is very nice facility of Dharmshala and Bhojanshala adjacent to the derasar. However it is recommended to confirm over phone due to limited number of rooms and also for arrangement of food in advance. Allowed for jains only.

It is highly recommended to stay at least for one night at this location to completely feel the grandeur of the place.

Sat Bis Deori Shri Shwetambar Jain Temple (Chittorgarh)

This beautiful derasar (temple) is Located inside the Chittorgarh fort; one of the best sacred places to visit in Chittorgarh fort. This Shwetambar Jain temple was built in Vikram Samvat 1505 (1448 AD) .

It is said to have 27 temples inside this compound, hence locally known as Sat-Bis Deori.

The architectural beauty and peaceful environment is the only reason to visit this place again and again...
