Hadoti Tours is amazing!! Kapil and his father were so kind with helping me with transportation from Bundi to Udaipur. And when I had issue with my bank card, he went above and beyond to help me. Very grateful and when I am in Bundi again, I will use their service again.

The service offered was extremely professionnal, generous and very efficient ! Highly recommended if you're in Bundi in particular or in Rajhastan in général!

Very very bad experience. We asked him for a taxi to Orchha, he told us a price which we thought high but we accepted without discussion because he said the driver was good, the car had all the seat belts, etc. Then he told us a higher price than before because of the border taxes (we had to cross two of them). We did not like this trick, but we finally accepted. Then he told us to pay in advance more than half of it, which again we accepted and did, although this had never happened to us before in the previous drives. He said we would pay the rest on arrival. But on the day of departure, he introduced us the driver and said that he was asking to pay the rest now. We thought this was highly irregular, but again accepted. We should not have. Two seat belts were missing or not working, but they did not give us another car or a discount. The driver did not speak a word of English, he was continually looking at his two cell phones or speaking on them or they were ringing... On the second border, after waiting for more than an hour, he put us on the phone with the agency guy, who said that the car had some paper wrong and could not pass the border, and that we would have to do the rest of the trip in a tuktuk. We said that we paid for a car, so he should get a car for us. After another hour, the driver put us back on the phone with the agency guy, who said that although the driver tried, he could not get a car. He did not try, he was just waiting for us to get tired and accept the tuktuk. So we had to accept but we asked for a partial refund (for the seat belts, the border tax they saved, the wasted hours, the 40 kms by tuktuk...), but the agency guy said it was impossible, that the driver refused, as if it was not their responsibility... Or maybe it was all deliberate, since they got the money in advance they saved costs and earn more. Anyway, really bad service.
