the property is nothing as shown in its photos. It looks way too glamorous on the Internet whereas when you enter the property, there’s hardly anybody even greeting you, reception was also not very responsive. Their swimming pool is inactive, which isn’t mentioned anywhere while booking. The room service and cleanliness staff are very good and active. The property is clean but they do not even provide basic necessities like hair conditioner in the toilet. The library does not have a single good book and is hardly even maintained, looks like it’s just there for namesake. The property DOES NOT have a spa facility.
Please consider all of these closely before making a booking at the Vesta Bikaner Palace. At this price, and the given distance from the main city, one might as well reconsider your plans as whatever the Internet booking pages tell you are just a facade.

Rooms were highly well maintained and the restroom was very clean. The temperature was in single digits last night and they provided a small personal heater kept the room cozy for 8+ hours of sleep.

Plenty of center space in the hotel gave a royal ambience which is a plus.

For breakfast, they provided south Indian Idly, Sambar and Chutney which was really good along with other continental breakfast items.
Service team helped loading and unloading the baggage. Highly recommended to stay

A good clean place with good sized rooms, however the check in staff let them down. A high priced hotel who judged their customer by the attire. Food is pretentious , bog standard taste over cooked eggs etc.

Great surroundings let down by attitude.
