Hotel Heeralal and Restaurant

I have not been to the hotel but restaurant....

Based on online ratings thought to go there. The location was terrible. As I entered in the restaurant.....not even a single customer was there & the staff members were seated on the dining chairs. The ambience was not at all good. I didn't place any order & stepped out of it....

We stayed at heeralal hotel. Location is best. Everything is nearby, railway station is in front.. junagarh fort is just 2 kms from here. The local namkeen market is just 500 m away.
The reception staff is also very cooperative.

The only problem is hotel food, it is not tasty, service is slow.
Better to have meal outside

My experience was horrific, I became free from their trap after police intervention.
I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2, children with free breakfast and dinner and for that I paid 4230 INR through make my trip.

At the time of check out management staff start demanding of additional charges for children and whatever dinner we did, they made seperate bills for item wise which ofcourse costly than the package plan, it was completely a cheating act by their staff and management.

They wasted our 2hours and afterwards we become free from their trap with the help of police.

Room and food quality is below average, the same facility can be availed in OYO rooms at 1/3 cost.

In simple words this hotel is run by fraud people's.

I storngly recommend not to book this hotel.
