I booked this hotel for my parents who needs to check-in early morning, check out same day. Called Hotel twice for confirmation, got confirmation 2 times with Hotel that no extra amount is needed as checkout is same day but when parents reached, Hotel staff demanded extra money 1000 rupees. Pure harassment and disappointment. Be very careful to book this hotel....they don't want to serve customers but just want to rob them.

Hotel and the rooms are neat and clean. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant in the ground. So, all the required stuff for a traveller is available in one place. They provide complimentary breakfast also. Moreover this hotel is located just 400 metres from the bikaner railway station.

I stayed w.e.f 13.02.23 to 14.02.2023. Although I recommend this for all at present because its not very old property fittings are for the time ok but due to poor maintenance in future all will not be as it is. I was initially allotted R. No 104 and then shifted to 102.Because R No 104 TV was not in function. I have uploaded the example of the quality of maintenance being done by the staff. At one incidence while I requested to cleanup the partition glass place in Wash room the boy cleaned it with the Towel kept for the use of Guest, although he removed and placed other. I used my own Towel, It appears Bucket was never rub to clean only water cleaning done.
