Ok my five star rating is for this place and surroundings. Not exactly for the mandir, for this Mandir i may rate it at three star may be. So it's kind of a hill station of Banswara city. Although there are more of this kind but this one is the tallest i guess. So i and my sister went there at 6am morning to see the sunrise as well. Omg, what a place, an amazing hilly place with a lot of fresh windy air. They should definitely plant electric wind mill or energy there. I am so thankful ❤️ to my sister for taking me to this mesmerising place. Ok so the Samai mata mandir itself should be considered as a land mark or a way to attract people or devotees, on that day only we both were there, alone at that time. It was such a beautiful morning and the sunrise ???? was delight to watch. The wind or rather the breeze was cold. So this mandir is exactly on top of a mountain which i think may have been cut or digged to make it smooth, it's not a big area though and the mandir is more smaller. These days the government or the mandir authorities are renovating this area, which when completed will look very beautiful. They are making a very beautiful boundary alongside the mountain with garden and sitting arrangement. It's an age old mandir made in the era of colonial rule as told by the villagers. They even don't know how old the mandir is. Yes definitely a must visit, not exactly for the mandir but for the pleasure of fresh air, mesmerising scenes from top of Banswara. Great place for picnic in winters, but yes , word of caution, no eatables, not even water is awailable there. No help if your vehicle goes angry. So pack your own , food ,tea ,water. Best time is early morning and early evening.
