Worst customer service and support.
I had to visit this bank 8 times for a single atm card and still not get it,every time they ask me to do different things which I have done and at last i had to close my account

Really bad experience with fund transfer via mobile app. Following are the frequent answers from app IFSC code not valid, card no. not valid, ATM pin not valid. It does not have search option. Otherwise I will ask what is valid in that.

A good bank is this. There is also available facilities in attached ATM to deposit cash 27x7 in bank account. It can done by ATM card or account no. So that 24x7 cash is available in this ATM. A very nice bank. One should be visit once before going anywhere. Thank you.
