The famous place of Tezpur University. The all famous outdoor cultural programs is held here. With a big playground this place is a huge part of the university. From Basket Ball to football and cricket. The hall serve as a rest point to the players also.

It used to be a good choice for parties and events till the last decade when things used to be simpler and people had lesser budget friendly choices. Now that Banswara has considerable variety of restaurants and food chains, Community Hall doesn't have much to offer to secure its position among the most visited places. It isn't air conditioned. Nor is it as clean as its mightier counterparts. It is mostly utilized these days for purposes like Aadhar Enrolment Camps or school functions (once in a blue moon).
