Hotels room are good but sanetory items are not meeting even delux room requirements.
Passage from road to hotel is very dirty...Service at room is poor. Yesterday I tried to make call to 9 nos but it was not approachable. When I rang to 111, he told whole story than fellow asked me to call 9 no, despite of my say that 9 no is un approachable. Many other too but msg is becoming long..Reception and restaurant is good.

Very good heritage hotel, nights in Jaipur , the staff is friendly and willing to do their best to help and restaurant food was delicious too, the only downside I can think of is how our room felt a bit humid and not much fresh air. But wood definitely recommend
