It was my business trip & My experience was not good.
I observed below points-
1. Housekeeping services was not proper maintained.
2. WiFi service is only available in room, not available in restaurant area, also not work properly in night time.
3. Room amenities was not maintained or I can say, not in good condition like hot cattle was broken (pic attached), bathroom tap was broken (pic attached),
Dustbin was broken (pic attached), bathroom towel (pic attached).
4. Food quality was also not upto the mark. Breakfast was complementary but there were only some few options were there to take.
5. Seepage problem noticed (pic attached)
6. Room rent is also very high as compared to the service.

I hung out at this place for lunch and a few drinks with a couple of my friends.

The bar and the restaurant are separated by a wall and have separate entrance gates. It wasn't crowded on that particular occasion.

The food was good, the ambiance was peaceful and comforting, the service was prompt.

Room was okay,
1. there was no access to my room without master key,
2.There was no proper wifi.
3.There was no hot water supply.
4.There was no breakfast for 3 days
And when asked they didn't even respond properly............
