I stayed in this property thrice but every time experience was gone in downwards directions. In my last visit, i decided to never repeat this hotel. Points as below:
1. Completely lack of transparency in tarrif. The available room which i get, they charge me 2400. Same room they charged 2000 with double occupancy to other guest.
2. Geyser is not working.
3. Toilet cleanliness - 5/10
4. Parking not available any time. No dedicated hotel parking.
5. Room phone not working.

Not recommended at all.

Where to start from,
No parking with having around 30-36 rooms, Rooms were spacious but zero cleanliness.

Mainly the owner was so so so arrogant. Couldn't understand what I was telling regarding the food order then at last the manager took the call and understood the situation for which they were asking me to pay extra.

Owner needs to learn hospitality and way to talk to the guests.
Very poor experience.
Will regret coming to this hotel in near future.

Not worth a Regenta Brand! The rooms are small, suffocation with no window and AC does not work. After repeated requests no one care to rectify it. Only saving grace of the hotel is the restaurant. The food served is good and staff is polite there. Breakfast spread was minimalistic with four options on buffet. Very expensive hotel in terms to zero maintenance and services provided.
