The place is good and has decent rooms. Room service is good and fast. I spent 2 days in the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever. However, the only problem I encountered was parking. You have to park outside the hotel or in the basement. While outside is almost filled all the time, the basement way is too steep and you have to be really really cautious with your car not to damage your bumpers or the under.
In all, it was a great experience there. A nice view of the city and hills. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. Food is great and is available till 11 pm.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to find. Rooms are also good. However, the room service sucks. Even after calling them for several times, the staff is completely unresponsive. The food in the restaurant is average in taste but completely overpriced. If you're planning for a short stay and all what you care is clean rooms only, this place is for you. Don't expect anything extra here.
