The hotel staff was cooperative and accommodating throughout my stay.

The food served at the hotel's restaurant was quite good.

On the downside, the room cleaning service left something to be desired. I found that I had to request cleaning services each time, as the room was not cleaned automatically on a daily basis. This inconvenience was a disappointment and took away from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

Furthermore, the hotel was a bit expensive considering the overall cost. While I understand that quality comes at a price, I felt that the rates were a bit steep for the value provided.

Worst experience staying in this hotel. The management is a group of goons who are very rude and unprofessional. They somehow think they are the king and are extremely non cooperative.
The room had broken lights, broken AC controls etc. They also stop the AC at night automatically (they have AC controls at reception). And then they keep ignoring your call.
We experienced electric shock in the shower handle in our room though they changed the room it took a lot of efforts to get it done. Later they accused of lying about the current. Their electrician was wearing shoes and just touched the tester to the Knob. They don't know the basic physics that tester would also need earthing to sense small amount of electric current. They fought with us at the time of checkout showing they did a favour by changing our room. Will suggest my friends and family to stay away from this hotel.
