The hotel looks like newly built. Very clean and tidy hotel, room was spic and span. The staff really knows what customer service is. They would go an extra mile to serve their customers. Special thanks to Shakeel who was a great host and made our stay pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend the hotel for the service and also for it's close proximity to dargah shareef. 5 stars!

They did not provide room even after confirmation and providing all the valid IDs. We reached late at night with the family, everyone was tired and the manager did not agree to speak with us. Instead he kept giving directions to the staff members. Such a bad experience.
